On 4th February, the boys from Newtown Junior School proudly represented our school at the First Year Hockey Blitz hosted in Newtown Secondary School. From the first whistle to the final play, they showed tremendous determination and teamwork.
After battling through a series of exciting matches, the team secured an impressive place in the final against Ashton. Although they narrowly missed out on the win in the closing stages, reaching the final was a fantastic achievement.
