First and Second Class had a wonderful surprise this week as they welcomed a special guest, YoYo’s mum Nicole, to help celebrate The Chinese New Year. The children learned about the traditions of the festival and then got hands‑on with a creative project, building their very own 3D projectors. They decorated them beautifully using Chinese symbols, colours, and festive designs, bringing a burst of New Year spirit into the classroom. It was a joyful, imaginative celebration that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
